Refund and Exchange Policy

At Cleo's Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Refunds and Exchanges

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a store credit or exchange.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Any items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • To initiate a store credit or exchange, please contact our customer service team at cleoscloset@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or voucher that can be used towards future purchases on the Cleo's Closet website.
  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please specify your preferred exchange item when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue store credit for the original purchase amount.
  • Please note that all sales are final on custom orders. Custom orders are specially made to your specifications, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the customization process. We will work closely with you to ensure that custom orders meet your expectations by providing detailed reviews and approval opportunities before production begins.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. Cleo's Closet is not responsible for any lost or damaged returned items.
